Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://handymanforney.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Parted Waters Handyman reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Parted Waters Handyman markets and arranges Handyman Services, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Furniture Assembly, Fence Installation, Pressure Washing, Lawn Care. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Parted Waters Handyman and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Parted Waters Handyman reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. Parted Waters Handyman makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parted Waters Handyman's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Parted Waters Handyman in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parted Waters Handyman from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
